Switch from Leafe to ProCafe
As of 21 October 2026 we could not find a documented export in Leafe's public help pages. That does not stop a move: your records belong to you, and ProCafe imports a spreadsheet or keeps a PDF archive.

Your set-up
Fridges, freezers and hot holding, your people, menu items with their allergens, and suppliers come in from a spreadsheet export. Nothing is typed twice.
Your past records
Old temperature logs, checks and deliveries are kept with an Imported badge and the app they came from, so a visit sees the full history. They never count as missed or late. They go into the inspection pack beside ProCafe's own records.
Your PDF archive
The PDF reports your old app exports are stored as documents in a Before ProCafe folder, one tap away during a visit.
How to export from Leafe
Without a documented self-service export, ask for your data. Your records belong to you: ask for a copy as a spreadsheet or as PDF reports.

Ask Leafe support for your records as a spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) and, failing that, as PDF reports for the dates you need.

If no spreadsheet is available, list your fridges, people, menu items and suppliers in a spreadsheet yourself; it takes less time than it sounds.

In ProCafe, open Setup › Switch to ProCafe. Choose Set-up for the spreadsheet of equipment, people, menu or suppliers, Past records for any spreadsheet of readings, and store the PDFs as documents.
We will update this page when Leafe documents an export. If you know of one, tell us and we will link it.
We do it for you during the trial
Send us the export files during your 14-day trial and we import them for you: set-up first, then the records, then the PDFs. You check the result before anything goes live to the team.
What ProCafe does not do
- It does not pull anything out of your old app automatically. You export; ProCafe imports.
- It never asks for, stores or uses your login to another product.
- It does not rewrite old records. An imported record keeps its original time, who recorded it and what they wrote, and is marked as imported.
