Turn on two-factor authentication
- Go to Settings → Two-factor security.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm and turn it on.
Recovery codes
When you enable 2FA you're shown one-time recovery codes. Save them somewhere safe — they let you sign in if you lose your authenticator. Each code works once.
Remember this device
On the sign-in code step you can tick "Remember this device for 30 days". On that browser, after your password, the 2FA step is skipped for 30 days. You still need your email and password every time, and a new browser always asks for a code.
ProCafe Support can never see your password — passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, and support staff have no access to them.
