These are the material third parties that help us run ProCafe. Most act as processors; where a provider also acts as a joint or independent controller, that role is stated explicitly. For each one we record the name, purpose, location and — where outside the UK/EEA — the transfer safeguard.

Changes

We give advance notice before adding or changing a processor covered by the Data Processing Agreement. Where that agreement provides it, a customer who reasonably objects can raise it and, failing resolution, terminate. Controller recipients are disclosed here and in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
