- Yes — on the Pro plan. ProCafe Pro (£39/month) prints kitchen labels — day dots, use-by and prep labels — as PDFs sized for compatible A4 label sheets and thermal label printers, with owner-confirmed shelf lives, computed discard dates and an immutable print history. The mechanism differs: Kelsius supplies and manages its own Bluetooth label printers as part of a quoted hardware bundle; ProCafe generates PDFs for compatible printers you own. Kitchen labels are part of Pro, not the £19 Core plan.
- Can ProCafe automate fridge temperatures like FoodCheck?
- Through an open sensor API, yes — create a key, point compatible sensors at it, and readings plus out-of-range alerts flow in alongside manual checks. Pro adds procedure building, training quizzes and kitchen labels. Operations adds shared follow-up, controlled rollouts, analytics and internal benchmarking, saved reports, scoped reporting APIs, signed webhooks and work account sign-in.
