• Announcements: post to the whole team or one site and see who has read it.

• Stock requests: the floor raises what's running low; managers triage in one list.
• Tasks: assign one-off jobs — a delivery to check, a deep clean — with priorities and due times.

All of it sits on Today's “Around the cafe” band on mobile, with live counts.

If you use wireless temperature sensors, ProCafe has an open API: create a sensor key on the web Sensors page, point your hardware at it, and out-of-range readings raise alerts automatically. Manual checks keep working alongside.
