How pricing works: included location, extra-location add-on, trials, invoices and cancellation.

Pricing
- €22/month — includes your first location.
- +€12/month for each additional location.
- So 2 locations is €34/month, 3 is €46/month, and so on.
Free trial
New organisations get a 14-day free trial with no card required. You can use the product fully during the trial.
Adding a location
Add a location from Sites. Adding one may affect your bill once paid billing is enabled — extra locations are +€12/month each. You can review your plan and usage on the Billing page.
Invoices & cancellation
When paid billing is enabled, card payments and invoices are handled securely by Stripe — ProCafe never stores your card number. You can manage your subscription, view invoices and cancel from the billing area; cancelling stops future charges.
