Daily checks & records

Today shows the checks and tasks due for the day — for example temperature logs and opening/closing routines. Tap a check to record it, on web or on the mobile app.

A check that isn't completed in its window is shown as missed so it's visible and can be followed up. Records are kept as an accurate, time-stamped history of what was done.

Use the calendar to see any day at a glance and open that day's record. This makes it easy to review past activity.

You can export records (e.g. as PDF/CSV) to keep your own copies or to have them ready to show during an inspection. Reads and exports of your own records are always available.
