Download ProCafe on the App Store or Google Play. The app is built for the floor: complete checks even with no signal, with entries saved on the device until they can be sent.
Automatic sync
When the device is back online, your entries will sync to your account automatically, so the web app and your records stay up to date.
Sign-in & 2FA
Sign in with the same email and password as the web app. Two-factor authentication works with the trusted-device flow already attached to your account.
The iPhone and Android apps are both available now.
Switching site, appearance and deliveries
- Multi-site: tap the site name in the top bar to switch — the whole app follows.
- Appearance: Settings → Appearance for light, dark, or match your phone.
- Deliveries: log incoming deliveries from Today's Around-the-cafe band, right at the back door.
