What it does

Fast logging: Record fridge, freezer and probe temperatures in seconds from any phone — no paper, no end-of-day catch-up.
Out-of-range alerts: Each reading is checked against the limits you set, so anything out of range is flagged for a corrective action there and then.
Every reading kept: Entries are time-stamped against the right site and unit, so a complete history builds itself.
Probe checks too: Capture probe calibration alongside temperatures so your checks and equipment stay in step.
Bluetooth temperature capture — preview: Connect a compatible probe in the mobile app, review its reading and confirm it into the record with the device identity and capture time. Physical probe and sensor compatibility has not yet been tested; no named hardware model is verified. Manual temperature entry remains available.

How it works

Set your units and limits
Add your fridges, freezers and hot-holding, each with a safe range.
Your team logs on shift
Staff capture readings in the browser or in the ProCafe app for iPhone and Android, which keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns.
Act on what's flagged
Out-of-range readings prompt a corrective action, so nothing is quietly missed.
