What ProCafe does
Plan the work, record what happened and give the next shift the details. Each location keeps its own equipment, limits and evidence.
Daily operations
Open the day and see exactly where it stands. Every opening check, temperature and task is laid out — what's done, what's still outstanding, and anything that needs a corrective action — so your team knows the next thing to do and nothing slips between shifts.

Food safety & traceability
Every check, reading and corrective action is kept in a tidy, time-stamped history — with allergens, deliveries and batch tracing alongside. Filter by site and date, then export a clean record pack in seconds, for your own files or the moment an inspector asks.

Procedures & staff proof
ProGenerate editable drafts from your site's profile, publish the version you approve, and turn it into work — owner-reviewed task suggestions and staff sign-off recorded against that exact version.
Canadian starters identify the applicable provincial or territorial source. Review your activities, methods and any approval requirements before publishing.

Kitchen labels
ProStaff pick the product; the label prints with the shelf life you confirmed and a discard date computed on the spot — as PDFs sized for compatible A4 sheets and thermal label printers.
Internal kitchen labels are not customer-facing retail labels. The separate Canadian retail workflow supports reviewed bilingual declarations and immutable PDF history.

Choose your province or territory and the activities your kitchen performs. Review source-linked food-safety methods, training coverage, permits and traceability guidance. English and French pack editions retain the same jurisdiction; changing your reading language does not change your country.
Choose a province and food, then adjust the temperature and hold time. See how ProCafe evaluates the observations against the matching control.

Example limits met
72°C held 15s (≥ 71°C for 15s)
Beef, veal, lamb and pork; use the poultry control for mixtures containing poultry. The 15-second holding time is an operating margin where the source specifies only a final temperature. Review any alternative with the local authority.
Read the official source ↗Example data, not saved. Review the actual food, method, measurement point and authority requirements before using a starter.
Record cooking, holding, cooling and reheating with the method and limits reviewed for your Canadian location.
Publish reviewed Canadian allergen information in English, French or both, with actual seafood names and saved versions.
Put your food-safety methods, completed checks and corrective actions in one place, with guidance for all 13 jurisdictions.
Start the traceability record at receiving: supplier, food, lot, condition, temperature and your acceptance decision.
Keep the schedule, time-off requests and shift handover in the same place as the day's operational work.
Complete supported checks and temperature observations where the work happens, including when the kitchen connection drops.

FAQ
All ten provinces and three territories have local source references and ten pack areas in English and French. Select the actual jurisdiction and activities before adopting a pack; requirements can also depend on your local health authority.
Yes. Interface language and country are separate. Team members choose their own language. Customer documents have a separate review: Quebec includes French, and Nunavut supports business-reviewed Inuktut wording.
No. Holding limits, cooking combinations, cooling, reheating and trained-person coverage can vary. ProCafe uses the selected jurisdiction and process as the starting point, and the business reviews its actual food-safety method.
ProCafe helps organise the work and evidence. The business still obtains its permits, recognized training and any specialist process approval, and follows its regulator’s directions. No software can guarantee the outcome of an inspection.
Supported checks and temperature observations can be captured in the iPhone and Android apps and synced later. Web use, account setup, publication and retail PDF generation need a connection.
Yes. Canadian organisations use the Canadian Core or Pro prices shown here. The 14-day no-card trial covers Core. Pro is a separate paid plan, and applicable taxes appear at checkout.
