- Do I pay for each team member?
- No. Every team member is included. You pay for locations: C$39/month covers your first, and each extra location is C$19/month.
- How much do 3 locations cost?
- C$77/month: C$39 for the first location plus 2 × C$19 for the others.
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. The 14-day free trial needs no card, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
- Is there a contract?
- No. ProCafe is billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime and export your records before you go.
- Is Pro part of the free trial?
- No. The trial covers every Core feature. Pro is a separate paid upgrade on top of Core.
- Which currency will I pay in?
- Canadian Dollar (CAD). Your billing currency follows the country of your first location, and these are the prices for this region.
