How pricing works: included location, extra-location add-on, trials, invoices and cancellation.

Pricing
- NZ$49/month — includes your first location.
- +NZ$24/month for each additional location.
- So 2 locations is NZ$73/month, 3 is NZ$97/month, and so on.
Free trial
New organisations get a 14-day free trial with no card required. The trial includes Core. Pro features, including the Procedure Builder and internal kitchen labels, require the Pro plan.
Adding a location
Add a location from Sites. Adding one may affect your bill once paid billing is enabled — extra locations are +NZ$24/month each. You can review your plan and usage on the Billing page.
Invoices & cancellation
When paid billing is enabled, card payments and invoices are handled securely by Stripe — ProCafe never stores your card number. You can manage your subscription, view invoices and cancel from the billing area; cancelling stops future charges.
