Team & Operations
Mobile & offline
The ProCafe apps for iPhone and Android are available now. They are built offline-first: your team captures checks and temperatures on the phone, the work keeps saving when the Wi-Fi does not, and it syncs when the connection returns.

What it does
- Capture on the floor
- Log checks and temperatures from any phone, where the work happens.
- Built to work offline
- Entries save on the device when there's no connection — the cold room, the cellar, the dead spot by the walk-in.
- Syncs automatically
- When the connection returns, the work syncs without anyone re-typing it.
- Nothing lost
- Captured work is held safely on the device until it syncs.
- Built for the floor
- Switch site from the top bar, follow your phone's light or dark mode, get push alerts when something needs attention, and search everything from your pocket.
How it works
Capture as normal
The team logs checks and temperatures on the phone.
Keep working offline
If there's no signal, entries save on the device.
Sync when back online
Work uploads automatically once reconnected.
Capture that doesn't stop
Because capture is offline-first, the day's records are held on the phone and synced when you reconnect — no gaps because of a dead spot.
- Capture on any phone
- Saves offline, syncs on reconnect
- No re-typing
