Record what arrived and flag anything that isn't right — accept or reject it on the spot, from the phone at the back door before the driver leaves.
Temperature on arrival
Record the chilled arrival temperature. New Zealand deliveries above 5 °C are flagged, including records captured offline in the iPhone or Android app and synced later. Record the acceptance or rejection decision and any action taken.
A trail from goods-in
Each delivery is time-stamped against its supplier, the first link in your traceability.
