Create your account, add your first location, invite your team and run your first checks.

Create your account
- Go to the sign-up page and enter your organisation name, email and a password.
- Open the verification email and confirm your address.
- Sign in — you're now the owner of your organisation.
New sign-ups start on a 14-day free trial — no card required.
Add your first location
A location is a single cafe or site. Your first location is included in the plan.
- Open Sites from the menu (or run the guided Quick start).
- Choose the country and region, give the site a name, and add it.
Invite your team
Invite managers, supervisors and staff by email. Each person sets their own password when they accept.
Run your first daily checks
Daily checks (like fridge temperatures and opening/closing tasks) appear on Today. Complete them on web or on the mobile app on the floor.
