Roles & permissions

What owners, managers, supervisors and staff can do, and how the owner changes access.

Last updated 30 June 2026

The four roles

  • Owner — full access, including billing and permissions. One owner per organisation.
  • Manager — day-to-day management: team, roster, records and reports.
  • Supervisor — a senior frontline role (e.g. roster and records) without full team/billing access.
  • Staff — frontline: complete checks and tasks.

Changing access

The owner can fine-tune what managers, supervisors and staff can do from the roles/permissions area. Owner-only abilities (like billing) can't be delegated.

Inviting people

Invite team members by email and choose their role. Managers can invite supervisors and staff; only the owner can grant manager access.
