Suppliers & deliveries
Log deliveries at the back door — temperature, condition, accepted or rejected — and trace batches when it matters.

Log a delivery before the driver leaves
- On mobile, open Deliveries from Today or Records (on the web, the Intake page).
- Pick the supplier, tap in the chilled temperature, and note the delivery reference and condition.
- Accept it — or reject it with the reason, which is your dated record if the rejection is ever disputed.
Every delivery is timestamped with who received it. The register's automatic temperature flag currently uses 8°C for Celsius sites. For Australian chilled potentially hazardous food, assess the actual reading against the usual 5°C receiving limit or a substantiated safe alternative, and record the acceptance or rejection decision. An automatic pass in this register does not establish that the Australian 5°C limit was met.
Suppliers
Keep the suppliers you buy from in one place so every delivery is logged against the right one. Managers can add a supplier right from the delivery form.
Batches & recalls (web)
Record batches and lot codes against deliveries and ingredients on the web, and use the recalls workflow to trace an affected lot back through suppliers and forward to what you made. Recall notifications from authorities remain your responsibility.
