Suppliers and deliveries
Record the supplier, food, lot, delivery time and observed temperature. Spain evaluates the checked product against its category and any stricter labelled limit.

What you can do
- Product-specific limits
- A general fridge limit cannot replace the 2°C maximum for minced meat. Record different checked products separately even when they share a delivery note.
- Assessment history
- The recorded category and limit remain attached to the assessment. Corrections retain previous values and require a reason; historic records without a documented category remain unassessed.
- Supplier ordering — Pro and Operations
- Link supplier packs to inventory items, group reviewed orders by supplier and record partial or full receipts. Upload invoice photos or PDFs, enter their details manually and review the entries. Record each receipt once and retain the order and receiving history.
- Supplier invoice reconciliation and credits — Pro & Operations
- Compare manually reviewed invoice details with purchase orders and selected deliveries. Review quantity and price differences, record decisions and track partial supplier credits. Export an order CSV for manual handoff; approval never sends an order or makes a payment.
