- Available capabilities are checked in the app and on the server. Review access when responsibilities change or someone leaves.
- Shared kitchen tablet
- Give staff individual PINs on a shared browser tablet. Each check and supported photo keeps its recording staff identity; sessions lock between people and managers can revoke access. Pro and Operations add expanded shift tools, actual breaks, stocktake shortcuts and manager exit controls. The shared tablet needs an internet connection; private team messages stay on personal clients.
