Putting this into practice in France
Organise your French establishment's plan de maîtrise sanitaire (PMS): hygiene practices, HACCP-based procedures, traceability and responses to non-conformities. Keep the working methods in the language your team understands and the evidence available for the DDPP or the competent departmental service.
Service Public: restaurant hygiene requirements- Retain the failed check, investigation and corrective action together. Use the competent authority's notification process where applicable; an app entry does not send that notification.
- Review whether the method, cleaning plan or staff instruction should change after the event. Keep that review with the evidence made available to the departmental service.
What it does
- Log it in the moment
- Any team member can report an incident or accident from their phone while the details are fresh — no waiting for the manager.
- Record the action taken
- Attach the corrective actions to the incident itself, so what happened and what you did about it live together.
- Review and close
- Managers review open incidents and close them with a note, so nothing stays ambiguously 'sort of handled'.
- The right people see it
- Staff see their own reports; owners and managers see everything — visibility follows the role.
- Serious cases, flagged
- Mark whether a serious accident may be reportable so it is followed up. Reporting to the authorities remains your responsibility.
- Complaint handling and trends
- Track complaints from receipt through investigation, response and resolution. Assign corrective actions and compare recorded categories across sites over the last 90 days. Trends are based on your structured records. Available on web and mobile with an internet connection.
How it works
Report it
What happened, when and who was involved — captured on the spot.
Add the actions
Record each step you took, as you take it.
Close it out
A manager reviews and closes with a note; the full record is kept.
A record you can stand behind
Every incident is a time-stamped record with its actions attached — there when your insurer, an inspector or your own review needs it.
- Time-stamped, with actions attached
- Role-based visibility
- Export with your records
