What it does
Drafts from your profile
Generate draft procedures matched to your site's profile and risks. Starter wording follows the FSA's SFBB pack for England and Wales — you review, edit and approve it for your premises and your jurisdiction.
Publish immutable versions
When a procedure is right, publish it. Published versions never change silently — an edit becomes the next version, and the record of what was in force stays intact.
Owner-reviewed task suggestions
A published procedure can suggest scheduled tasks. Nothing is created automatically: you review the suggestions and pick which to create, duplicates are skipped, and some procedures suggest none.
Staff sign-off, on the record
Assign a published procedure and capture each person's sign-off against that exact version — an internal record of who read what, and when.
