What it does
Bring any sensor provider
ProCafe doesn't lock you into proprietary hardware. Any wireless sensor, probe or gateway that can make a web request can push readings — keep the kit you have or shop on price.
Judged the moment they arrive
Every reading is checked against the same safe limits as your manual logs. Out of range opens an alert automatically; back in range closes it again — no alarm fatigue, no stale alerts.
One alert per problem
A fridge that stays warm refreshes its one open alert instead of paging the team every minute. You see what's wrong, since when, and the latest reading.
Keys you control
Each provider gets its own revocable API key, optionally limited to one site. Keys are stored hashed, shown once and every change is recorded in your audit trail.
How it works
1. Register each sensor
Add the device in ProCafe and attach it to the fridge, freezer or hot-hold unit it watches — its safe limit is already there.
2. Hand your provider a key
Create an API key and give it to your sensor vendor or gateway. Readings start flowing in batches, with safe retries built in.
3. Alerts run themselves
Out-of-range readings open an alert on the sensors screen and in the activity feed; the first in-range reading resolves it automatically.

Every sensor reading is evaluated against the same safe ranges as your manual entries, and each unit's latest reading and any open alert are a glance away — with alerts kept as an open/resolved trail.
