- Choose the location and the relevant date range. Review missing checks, out-of-range readings, corrections and manager verification.
- Gather the adopted regional pack, current permits, food and sanitation plans, training evidence, supplier records and equipment calibration.
- Export the available records and documents. Check names, dates, batch links and legibility before sharing through the authority's requested channel.
- Record inspection findings, responsible people, deadlines and completion evidence. Keep the authority's actual report with the corrective actions.
An export shows the records entered in ProCafe; it is not an inspection result or a certification. Keep required records for the retention period that applies to the activity. Covered federal traceability records need a usable electronic format and availability in Canada, which is a separate assessment from a printable PDF.
